Kambi to Become OLG’s New Sportsbook Provider

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is set to transition to a new omnichannel sportsbook supplier, with Kambi taking over from France’s La Française des Jeux (FDJ). Announced on Monday, the change comes after FDJ identified Kambi as its preferred assignee, with the migration expected to be completed in the second half of 2025. Kambi will assume operations for the remaining seven years of the contract, which extends until 2032.

OLG operates both retail and online sports betting under its PROLINE brand. Once the sole provider of regulated sports betting in Ontario, OLG now competes with commercial operators but still maintains an estimated 20% share of the province’s regulated online casino and sports betting market.

Kambi is a well-established sportsbook technology provider, partnering with major brands such as Bally’s Corporation, LeoVegas (a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International), and Rush Street Interactive. In Ontario, Kambi already supports retail sports betting for several Great Canadian Entertainment casinos, as well as Mohegan’s Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara.
